Absolutely. Most of my clients work across two or more services. A website project often pairs naturally with brand and content support. An ongoing retainer usually includes a mix of maintenance, content, and strategy. I will help you figure out the right combination during our discovery call.
Yes. I work with clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond. All communication and project management happens remotely and I am flexible with timezones for calls and check-ins. All pricing is in USD.

It is a written review of your website, social media, and brand positioning covering what is working, what is not, three quick wins you can implement immediately, and clear recommended next steps. Delivered within 5 to 7 business days for $397. It is a great starting point before committing to an ongoing service.
It is a free written audit I include with qualifying onboarding packages. It covers your internal branding, external branding, and customer experience with scoring, gap analysis, and a prioritized action plan. It is how I make sure we start with a clear picture of where things stand before diving into work.
You fill in a brief, I review it and reach out within one to two business days, we have a short discovery call to confirm the right fit, and I send a tailored proposal with clear scope, timeline, and investment. Once approved, we get started. Simple and straightforward.

Digital Strategy

Digital Strategy covers a full audit of your current digital presence, a custom strategy roadmap and priority plan, platform and channel recommendations, monthly strategy reviews and refinements, and performance tracking and reporting. It is a retainer service with a minimum 3-month commitment.
It is for business owners who feel scattered online, are not seeing results from their current efforts, or simply do not know where to focus. If you want a clear, intentional direction for your digital presence rather than guessing what to do next, this is the service for you.
A one-off consultation gives you advice. A Digital Strategy retainer means I stay involved reviewing, adjusting, and evolving the strategy based on what is actually happening in your business. It is the difference between a map and a navigator.
It is a focused 30 to 45 minute call for $147 where we identify your biggest digital gap and map out your next steps. It is a great entry point if you are not ready to commit to a full retainer but need a clear direction before making decisions.
Starter is $1,000/month (minimum 3 months), Growth is $2,000/month (minimum 6 months), Premium is $4,000/month (minimum 6 months), and there is also a Standalone Strategy Retainer at $1,500/month. All prices are in USD.

Website Design & Development

I primarily build on WordPress and Shopify. WordPress is ideal for service-based businesses, portfolios, and content-heavy sites. Shopify is built for e-commerce. I will recommend the right platform based on your goals, not just what I prefer to work with.
Every website project includes custom design, mobile-responsive development, basic SEO setup, Google Analytics integration, contact forms, post-launch training, and a handover so you can manage it yourself. Additional features like e-commerce, landing pages, copywriting, and booking systems can be added depending on your package.
Typically 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided. I will give you a clear timeline in your proposal before we begin.
Yes, copywriting is available as an add-on to your website project. If you would prefer to provide your own copy, I will give you a content brief that makes it easy to know exactly what to write for each page.
Yes. Every website I build comes with a post-launch training session and handover documentation so you can make simple updates yourself. If you would rather hand that off entirely, Ongoing Digital Support has you covered.
Starter is $550 to $1,000 (one-time), Growth is $1,200 to $2,200 (one-time), and Premium is $2,500 to $5,000+ (one-time). All prices are in USD and depend on the scope, number of pages, and add-ons included.

Content & Brand Systems

It covers brand identity (logo, colors, fonts, guidelines), content strategy and editorial calendar, social media templates and visual assets, caption writing in your brand voice, and Reels, carousels, and story content. It is a retainer service designed to keep your brand consistent and your content flowing.
Yes but I do not focus on logos alone. A logo without a full brand system behind it is just a mark. I create complete visual brand systems including logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines, and visual direction so everything looks and feels consistent wherever you show up.
I work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Everything is tailored to where your audience actually spends time I will not create content for platforms that do not make sense for your business.
Both. I can create and schedule content so your feed stays consistent without you touching it. Or I can hand you ready-to-post content with captions if you prefer to maintain that control yourself.
Yes. Before creating anything, I spend time understanding your tone, values, and how you want to sound. Captions and content will feel like you wrote them not like generic branded filler.
Starter is $450 to $750/month, Growth is $800 to $1,500/month, and Premium is $1,500 to $3,000+/month. All retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment. All prices are in USD.

Ongoing Digital Support

It covers website maintenance and updates, content creation and social media management, email marketing setup and scheduling, analytics tracking and monthly reporting, and monthly strategy check-ins. It is designed to keep your digital presence running, consistent, and growing without you having to manage it.
Maintenance ($250 to $500/month) focuses on keeping your website healthy updates, backups, performance, and minor fixes. Growth Partner ($600 to $1,000/month) adds content updates, strategy reviews, social media support, and regular check-ins. Full Management ($1,000+/month) includes everything plus full content creation, multi-platform social media, and dedicated priority support.
Not at all. I work with new clients on retainer all the time. We start with a discovery call to understand your current setup and goals, then I onboard and review your existing digital presence before we begin.
All retainer packages start with a minimum 3-month commitment. Real results do not happen in a month. After the initial term, we review and continue month-to-month or adjust the scope based on your needs. Commit to 6 months and you unlock my Loyalty Discount 50% off Month 1 and Month 6.
When you commit to a 6-month or ongoing retainer, you get 50% off Month 1 and 50% off Month 6. It is my way of rewarding clients who are serious about long-term growth over quick fixes. This applies across all retainer services.
Yes. Your needs will change as your business grows, and your support package should reflect that. I review every quarter and adjust the scope based on where you are and where you are heading.
Category 06

Working Together

Payments are made via bank transfer through Wise in USD. For project-based work, a deposit is required before we begin. For retainers, payment is made monthly at the start of each period. I will provide a clear invoice for every payment.
Primarily via email, with video calls scheduled at key project milestones. For ongoing retainer clients, I do regular check-ins based on your package. I am responsive and keep you updated so you are never left wondering what is happening.
To get started, I typically need access to relevant accounts (website, social media, analytics), any existing brand assets, and clear goals and timelines. I will send you a detailed onboarding checklist after our discovery call so nothing gets missed.
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot and cover initial work. For ongoing retainers, you can cancel with notice based on our signed agreement. I take my work seriously and will always make things right if something does not meet expectations.
Yes. Every project starts with a service agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. I am also happy to sign an NDA if your work requires it. Clear agreements protect both of us.
